Reagan holds a Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) from Queen’s University. Her education provided a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, clinical reasoning, and evidence-informed healthcare, including more than 4,200 hours of academic study and 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training.

Reagan believes meaningful healthcare begins with listening. Every patient has a unique story, and her approach is centered on understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms. Through thoughtful assessment and individualized treatment, she helps patients better understand their bodies, improve movement, and support their overall well-being.

Outside the clinic, Reagan’s experience teaching yoga and strength-based fitness has shaped her appreciation for movement, body awareness, and individualized care. She brings these experiences together through a principles-based approach to osteopathy, with the goal of addressing the underlying factors contributing to dysfunction and supporting each person’s ability to move, adapt, and function at their best.
