COVID-19 Policy

Our team has worked diligently to comply with the guidelines of Ministry of Health and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to protect our clients and staff during COVID-19 pandemic. Our clinic policy for COVID-19 is as follows:​

  • All clients will be screened by our staff on phone at the time of setting up appointment and upon their arrival at the clinic.

  • Face masks are mandatory for all clients, clinic staff and any person entering the clinic facility. 

  • All clients and practitioners must wear a mask during their entire time at the clinic.

  • Clients will be asked to wash hands upon entering the clinic for their appointment and when leaving the clinic after appointment.

  • Practitioners will wash hands before, during and after each visit.

  • To ensure social distancing, waiting room has been closed and clients who arrive early will wait in their vehicle until 5 minutes before their appointment time.

  • Upon arrival, clients will be seated in a transition area outside treatment room to allow proper social distancing from other clients leaving the treatment room and going to reception.

  • Treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned after every client.

  • High touch surfaces, washrooms and common areas are frequently cleaned and disinfected. 

  • Practitioners and staff will self-assess for COVID-19 symptoms on a daily basis.

  • Virtual appointments remain available for anyone who wishes to not attend in-clinic appointment or chooses not to wear a mask for their appointment at clinic.
